We are seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure that we are executing both on a quality standpoint, as well as making sure timely deliveries are being met. The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the production process of various apparel, accessories, toys, bundle packs, and more categories.
Essential Duties (but not limited to)
- Reports to the Production Manager and assists with various projects.
- Daily communications direct with factories.
- Communicate with design team to ensure final product comes out correctly
- PLM system management – enter styles/purchase orders etc.
- Ensure factories are updated on all comments made on PP samples.
- Follow up on time and action calendars
- Daily tracking of all submits
- Log all packages
- Review carton marking, UPC’s, etc.
- Review PP’s/TOP samples with the design team.
- Managing the entire flow of production from pp samples through final shipping.
- Works closely with the design team on quality expectations.
- Review factory WIP report daily to ensure that all product is proceeding in our required timeline.
- Daily correspondence with our overseas office/QC team on inspection of products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in production working with accessories, apparel, toys, or a related field.
- Be an organized self-starter.
- Have exceptional follow-up skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This role based in New York, New York and is not a remote position.
