How do the BOGO deals work?

When you sign up for a new subscription for any of the boxes that are having BOGO deals, put the code BFCFM21 in at check-out. The free box will not show up on the confirmation page, but is still valid as long as the code is used. Please contact our customer service at contact@culturefly.com with any questions or concerns.

BOGO deals do not apply to international customers. Apparel size in the free box are not guaranteed. This deal will continue until supplies last. No replacements will be made for the free box.

How do the free gift deals work? Will that gift shipped separately?

The free gift is an extra item included in every box. There is no code needed to get in on this deal. 

I'm a current subscriber, how do I get in on these deals?

Our BOGO deals are for new subscriptions, but if you would like a free box from our vault, please send an email to our customer service team at contact@culturefly.com so they can help!

The boxes that have a free gift inside comes in all of the Winter Boxes. Current subscribers will also receive this free extra item!

Why can’t I buy some of your subscription boxes through CultureFly?
