What countries do you ship to?

Currently we are only taking orders and shipping within the United States.

What Shipping service do we use?

We use FedEx to ship all Culture Fly product.

When will my items ship?

Your items will ship out within 3 – 5 business days.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.

Why can’t I buy your subscription boxes through Culture Fly?

Our boxes are a specialty item that require their own website since they have their own shipment and fulfilment centers.

Returns

I received a broken or damaged item what should I do?

I received the wrong size for my order. What should I do?

Can I change my product size?

I need an apparel Exchange. What should I do?

How long do returns take to process?

Returns take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Please note:

Culture Fly is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free. 

Refund

If the item doesn’t fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit you back on the card you used for the purchase. However shipping costs will not be refunded.

Warranties

f an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it or fix it.
If in the case we have no more stock of the item or we can't repair the fault we will issue you a refund.
We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean and not stinky.
All products MUST be returned with receipt or proof of purchase. Please send back items with a tracking number so it won’t get lost in the mail!

Sale items

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items, (but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault). Please email us at contact@culturefly.com if you have questions before you buy!
